What forms of payments are accepted?
We gladly accept all major credit cards—including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover—as well as PayPal.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes, you may always log into your account to check the status of your order. If you would like to contact us directly in regards to the status of your order, you may contact us at customerservice@lbcmodern.com.
Can items be special ordered?
Yes, if we carry the brand online we can certainly special order items for you as well. Just email the brand and item information to customerservice@lbcmodern.com.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
Due to limited resources, we no longer offers Gift Wrapping.
What is your return policy?
To receive a full refund, you must return your item within 30 days of ship date. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
When will my order(s) ship?
Most in stock items placed by 12PM PST will be shipped out the same day. Please note, our business hours are Monday through Friday—we do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
Do you ship internationally or to a PO Box?
We currently only ship within the 48 continental US states (Not including Hawaii and Alaska). We also do not ship to PO Boxes.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping for overs over $99 that are being delivered within the continental US. Some oversized items may require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping. Other restrictions may also apply.
Is there sales tax?
Sales tax will be applied to orders as required by law
