Can I check the status of my order?

Can items be special ordered?
Yes, if we carry the brand online we can certainly special order items for you as well. Just email the brand and item information to email@example.com.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
Yes we do, and it's FREE! Exceptions may apply on some oversized items.
What is your return policy?
To receive a full refund, you must return your item within 30 days of ship date. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
When will my order(s) ship?
Most in stock items placed by 12PM PST will be shipped out the same day. Please note, our business hours are Monday through Friday—we do not ship on weekends.
Do you ship internationally or to a PO Box?
Yes, however, certain restrictions may apply. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping for overs over $75 that are being delivered within the continental US. Some oversized items may require special handling and do not qualify for free shipping. Other restrictions may also apply.
Is there sales tax?
We collect sales tax for any shipments made to California addresses, as requested by law.
